Makin' Room was born out of a need. As two stay-at-home moms who have moved several times, we were tired of giving home furnishings away. Traditional consignment stores did not meet our needs, and we could not even think about doing yet another garage sale! 

So we decided... why not create a simple, safe way for people to swap furniture, get cash for their unused items, and find something new without paying retail?

We are thrilled with the positive response and feedback we have received about Makin' Room and are excited to bring to you this opportunity to buy and sell from the convenience of your home.

Let us continue to do the work for you....we advertise in multiple sources.  We use the Kids Directory, NWA Democrat Gazette, The Fayetteville, Springdale, Bentonville, Bella Vista Morning News, The Spanish newspaper reaching Springdale and Fort Smith, Siloam Springs, Gravette and surrounding areas, Mcdonald county(MO border), The Times Record of Fort Smith, NWA Guide, flyers to local businesses and flyers to local neighborhoods as well.   We will be rotating thru numerous sources in the future including the Citiscapes Magazine.

This is all included advertisement in your one low fee of $35  for a full year membership allowing you to list as many items as you wish...Just sit back while many view your items for sale, wait for us to contact you and as soon as your item is exchanged...you get paid!!

You will not be bothered by the many phone calls or emails regarding your listing by people that never show up.... We handle all of the questions for you and your information is only released after your item has been purchased and remember.....ITS ALL LOCAL!!!
